Q: What are you doing regarding Covid-19?


A: I will contact clients with some Covid-19 questions prior to their appointment and will ask them to cancel or re-arrange if they have any Covid-19 symptoms.

I will continue to cleanse, clean and air the treatment room after each client and I will keep longer gaps between appointments to enable me to do this.

Q: Do I still need to wear a face mask to my appointment?

A: Please continue to wear a face mask for your appointment which can then be removed once you are on the couch (depending which treatment you have).

I will continue to wear my face mask for the duration of your treatment.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?

A: I take a deposit from new clients booking for the first time and for anyone booking a double appointment.  The amount of the deposit varies depending on your choice of treatment(s).

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: You can pay via a bank transfer or cash

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?

A: Yes, you can buy a gift voucher for a treatment or a monetary value.

Q: Do you offer treatments to everyone?

A: I offer treatments to ladies only

Q: What is the weight limit of your treatment couch?

A: 250kg

Q: Where do I park?

A: You can park on the main road and my home studio is a very short walk down a small turn off road.  Directions and details of where to park are sent to you 48 hours before your appointment.
